Question Looking to buy and need answers

As I said, I am looking to buy a later styled Foxbody, and where I live, the car needs to pass emissions. Alot that I find run Classic plates, or are from out of County making them emissions exempt. With them being exempt, most people switch to an off road or high flow cat system to get away with the visual. Since I would need the car to pass the emissions test, I was wondering where I could buy headers, cats and an H pipe or x pipe that would meet the standards. I was looking at BBK but all their catted systems are high flow and will not pass emissions. This way I know what I could spend on the car and have to leave extra for. Thanks, Eric.

A good running engine will pass on high flow cats.
Most people just tend to keep the stock pipe in the attic and swap it in for their tests, though.

I never understood the point of putting high flow cats on if its not going to pass anyways, just put o/r pipes on it. But yeah, like Mattdel stated just keep the stock pipes in storage and swap when you go to emissions
