Default very happy!

hey just wanted to share my excitement!! I have this bone stock 89gt and just installed 3.73's and frpp shorties, o/r hpipe.., Waw what a difference!! Its been about a year since i had a 5.0 with these mods and dang..., reminded me why i love these cars!! Just wanted to share!! My shTang Rips!!

Nice. Those few mods probably cut a 1/2 second off your 1/4 mile time.

HaHa no S/S is still home but other than you ain't many people racing this year so it's pretty dull over there.

Nice, love gear swaps.. I would have went with LT's but shorties are better than stock still

?? rained out? We got rained out plenty of times as well. I was ready 24/7 just in case they re-opened lol

long tubes must be a BREEZE to install on the older 5.0s. I took a peek under the hood of one last week and amazed by how much room there was to work in there

Lol, when I had my fox it took me about 45 minutes to do.. Way way easier than a S197..

All depends on him big the primaries are. It took me a long *** time to install BBK longtubes.

I had BBKs on mine with large primaries.. It was easy, put the car on the lift, loosened the motor mounts, lifted the engine a little and slid them straigh up from the bottom..

I think it was because of the engine mounts. The part it didn't fit at was near the firewall. Stupid Poly engine mounts raise it up about half an inch to an inch. I don't like them.
