gt40 vs svo heads

would you guys buy some used gt40 heads for $400 or these.>?

I think I'd take those aluminum heads.
They are an older design I think but for $600 they could be a good deal.
I wouldn't try to use them anything bigger than a 306.......

Yah I'd take those aluminum SVO's over the GT40's. With some good negotiating you could MAYBE get them close to the price of those GT40's (which are very expensive, IMO)

Out here in mid cali gt40's USED are about $250 and up, pik n pull $50 but i have to be on it!

there were four or 5 exploders with gt40 last time i was there..the upper intake was pulled on one if i had a set of tools i would have gone ahead and pulled the lower and heads..but i only had a pocket knife and a couple of screw drivers because i was there for an instrument cluster
