Alright guys....I'll update this as I can with pictures....

So here's the old harmonic balancer (which was replaced with a new one):

The nice crack in the keyway:

Removed the shifter crap:

Exhaust out, driveshaft out...getting ready to disconnect everything:

Nevermind the bar LOL:

Dirty nasty @*!$^....Trans is out:

This is where the starter bolts up to the bellhousing:

Now comes the fun part of trying to get the bellhousing out from between the longtubes:

SVE mongoose clutch.....from LRS. I haven't really found anything wrong yet :

Bearing is still in good shape....I was hoping for find ball bearings rolling around...haven't yet :

Ok So I stopped for the night...I'll pull the clutch tomorrow...Haven't found anything broken or jumping out at me...other than the upper starter bolt was loose, like backed halfway out loose...I'll keep ya'll posted. If someone see's something I don't let me know....

The starter bolt shouldn't have cause a vibration..however it can cause the bellhousing to crack with all the weight and force being placed on the other bolt...ask me how I know that one lol.

UPDATE:

Got the clutch off and this is what I found:

No broken springs...dowels are installed, no cracks. Obviously lot's of heat spots...pilot bearing looks fine....just not finding a smoking gun that would cause that much of a vibration. ....Anyone see something I'm missing? Besides the blurry phone pictures? LOL

I pulled the flywheel off, just to see if there was anything I was missing......flywheel looked good. I hooked the exhaust back up, and put the bellhousing and starter back on. Fired the car up, and it still vibrates....and now I have a ticking sound coming from the passenger side....loose rocker maybe? Trying to think of the things that I had out when doing the heads/cam/intake.

If it wasn't ticking before you tore it apart then I wouldn't worry about it at the moment man. You don't have the old clutch still do ya????

So started cleaning the transmission last night and found this :

So now not only does my motor STILL SHAKE (with the trans/clutch) out of the car, but now I've got a cracked trans. ..
..I've ran the motor with just the flywheel/starter and exhaust hooked back up.....and it still shakes. Next step is run the motor
up to operating temp and check temperatures on the longtubes....see if I have an oddball cylinder. I'm really starting
to think maybe I have a lazy/dead/semi failing injector....other thing I'm going to check is the ACT sensor......not quite
willing to accept a bad lifter or something internal failing....

Good thing is, that I found that those cracks are actually the flashing from the casting during the manufacturing process. YAY
