Will TW170s be alright with these pistons?

95% of the time those 2 cams bearly break the gasket thickness at full lift!
You can tell about 99% accuracy with a mock up spring and a head off the engine pushing the vlv to max lift, IF it breaks the deck add .040 for gasket thickness and check it again!
That is the simplest way to check with a small cam, once you get over .525 the engine mockup is necessary.
Common sense tells you if the cam doesnt break the deck theres is NO way you will have ANY ptv issues without wornout springs and high rpms.
side note: head decks are different and many other variables such as vlv sizes can effect the results.
