Here is one I built for a customer. GT40p heads,Cobra intake ported b-cam 42# inj. 70mm T/B, 93mm Mass air, p600b Procharger 14psi at the blower, 11psi at the intake it has a 3core intercooler, shorty headers good exhaust. C4 trans.with a 3800 stall and 4.10 gears strange drag struts on the front and some spring work. the rest is stock. The car is a 88 lx hatch and has been 7.00 in the 1/8 mile that comes out to low 11s in the 1/4 maybe even a high 10. Cheap and fast for what is there. Also No tune other then what I could do with a timing light and a few other tools so it could run faster with a tune.

Stock exhaust is too restrictive, not what you want in terms of trying to make power!! I also live in cali.., im use to swapping the o/r xpipe or o/r hpipe in min's ever 2 years! As for quite go with delta flows!

depends on your budget really. everyones budget is different. obviously a nitrous setup will be the cheapest route. but have it tuned for the spray so you dontgrenade it. a supercharger setup can get pretty pricey, same with turbo. you can get used kits pretty reasonable but its everything else that starts to add up quick. i like my supercharger setup for a street car because it runs perfect just friving around time and comes alive when you get your foot into it. but everyone on here will tell you that no matter what you have it eventually feels slow and you want more power. im aabout to start an engine build so i can run big boost because my car feels slow to me now. so whatever you do leave yourself room to upgrade and think long term.
