Headlights letting in water...Found the culprit!
The water was coming in where the bulb goes in the back of the headlight (around bulb retainer. I did a test by pouring water slowing in the area and sure enough it started filling up.
So after getting out the moisture, I put in the bulbs and wrapped the area where the bulb meets the housing really tight with some electrical tape, before install. It sounds ghetto, but it already rained yesterday and didn't let in a drop of water. Later on I'm gonna find some better tape. Since i wrapped it with tape i couldn't use the bulb retainers, but oh well they're not leaking now.

Get some rubber electrical tape. I forget what its called exactly but it has no adhesive & when u wrap it it adheres to itself & becomes one piece. Electricians use it to wrap up the big line connections coming into a building.

Here it is. This stuff really sticks well and is water tight. Of course I would use normal elec tape to cover any lettering or a black sharpie does pretty good job too.
