Default Tri-ax v.s. Billet plus

I'm a big fan of Hurst so I'm leaning towards the billet plus but I have read high praise of the tri-ax as well. Does anyone know which has the shortest throw? Anyone with experience with both wanna chime in which they liked better??

I'm not worried about the lever itself, I will be reusing the lever I just purchased. I'm just interested in opinions about the base. I will be reusing my lever and ****.

Cool. So that's +1 for the tri ax. Ill wait for a few more to reply before I make a purchase. I didn't want to be a brand fanboy and buy the hurst and regret it.

I had the hurst billet, mine was the one piece design, meaning the handle wasn't removable, I like the removable handle shifter models as it makes trans removal quicker, you want a short throw shifter with a tight pattern, PR0 5.0 is the best IMO.

I just ordered a Hurst billet plus (this particular design has a removal handle). Which did you end up going with BabyGT?
