Car has 64k miles, is all stock besides the hood and exhaust, has been garage kept, and by the pictures seems super clean. It's an hour and a half away and I can't decide whether or not I should make the drive to check it out. I know a ton of people somehow get their 10k mile cars for $170, but I know that'll never happen to me.

The guy told somebody I know the lowest he'll go is $7,000. He has it listed for $8000. I'm gonna try to offer him a little less and hopefully he'll take it if he knows the cash is there, but if he doesn't, it's $7000.

Thats a very good buy in my opinion! Car that clean here in mid cali will run about $10k with that kind of mileage!

From the pics it looks like an excellent deal. My first was an '89 5.0 If I had the means I would spend $7000 on that car in a heartbeat.

It looks very well taken care of, no accidents, no smog failures, good paint, garage kept, under 75k miles. Looks like a good find. Definitly make sure to take it for a drive, check for leaking oil, hard shifting, you know all the normal things.
