Once you get it running like new I would focus on tightening up the suspension and brakes. These things weren't that great when new (I was there) and get worse with 20 year old bushings. a tight suspension and brakes gives you a great foundation to add power.

Thanks again. Yes brakes are already an issue. Considering replacing majority of the system. I was told break lines are rotted so reluctant to do work until I'm ready to replace everything basically.
