Congrats on the huge power numbers. But please don't drive the car within reason.

no, I'm gonna take off the 13-14 lb pulley and put the 10 lb pulley back on, no reason to max out the current combo, it's a stock block, if I try to max it out by adding 60 lb inj's , my fear is it'll gernade the block, I'm gonna max the combo when I get a better block, then most likely shoot for the 600-650+ rwhp range

Sounds like a plan. Any idea what block you'll use? I'm thinking Dart SHP. Either 347 or 363. I want to reuse my 190CC heads.

that's my dilema.......my heads are small edelbrock rpm 1.90/1.60 valves, suited fine for a 306, but with a dart block, I see no need to limit myself to a 302/306 cubes, but also, not sure if I want to punch a new block out to 363 even though it can take more.........if I'm goona spend all that money, I can't see why not stroke it as well, I may just use the heads I have anyway as I'm sure it'll easily top 600 with a stroked set up....my goal isn't really to achieve any real hp number, just use what I have without having to repurchase parts...my feeling is, what ever hp number it ends up at is fine, so as to not break the piggy bank with yet another combo reconfig.

Jim has told me that the Dart blocks are pretty comfortable at the 4.125 bore. I see no reason to go with a 363 vs 347, unless you're truly going to race the **** out of it then I can see going with a smaller bore

Sounds like it is turning into a race car. Just stop, and run what you have at a reasonable amount of HP. They cant all be race cars. or swap out the white car and detune that 347 for the vert. and lay the big power to the white car. vert and 600 HP I dont think I would. but that is me.
