Max the Mustang guy

I am new to the Forum, and this is my first post. My 95 5.0 Auto Tranny GT runs great 99% of the time. I purchased it in Dec, and just completed my body and interior restoration. The engine shuts down occasionally, i.e. 4 times in the last 2 months. When it happens, I just push it in it neutral turn the key, and it starts back up and down the road we go. I took it to my mechanic and they ran diagnostics with no codes. It just dies like I turned off the key.

You could have a failing ignition switch, down on the column under the dash.
