So I have an engine sitting in my garage that I want to put in my mustang. right now it is a stock 94 gt mustang 5.0 motor. I ordered an upgraded camshaft for the motor and lifters. What do I need to do to install this cam in my motor? I have done most work on cars but interior motor is beyond my expertise. So basically what do I need to remove and what is the procedure to install the cam? 2nd what or will I need to adjust timing, fuel pressure, or anything to get the motor to run with the new cam? Any help appreciated

If you have to ask this many questions I recommend you pay someone to install it for you. But basically you have to remove the entire top end of the motor (Upper & lower intake, heads, timing chain & cover, lifters, pushrods, etc. There is way to much typing to describe the removal and install procedure. A Haynes manual is a good purchase if your looking for a step by step guide.

not enough info such as what cam to acurately give advice, other than get a manual.......also you need to swap valve springs on heads to match came requirements
