Cost of the work he would perform looks to be equivalent to just buying new ones but, the advantage of being flow matched. Something you can't get from a boxed injector.
Flow-matching sounds like a good idea; now when we get an individual O2 sensor mounted at every exhaust port, it wouldn't matter, each injector timed most efficiently, no two ever alike probably.

I've sent injectors for two V8 engines to him. Excellent results.
Rock Auto sells Ford injectors that have been remanufactered by a company called GB Remanufacturing.They're $24.79 each + $10 core for each injector unless you send your injectors in when you order them.
