Default Replacement doors

Ok so new to the forums and I have a random question. Hope this is the right place. Iím starting to work on my old 89 Lx mustang and thereís rust on the door. I was going to just replace the door but the only replacements I found say they only take Lexan glass and canít roll down the windows. Are there any other options or am I stuck trying to sand the rust off and repair the original door?

Common problem with northern mustangs. You might be better off looking in junkyard or car show.
