Default Boss 302 Intake

I have just upgraded from a 2011 V6 to a 15 GT with PP and could not be happier. I have just started my mods with a Bama tuner, JLT catch can. I have also added graphics to the exterior. However, I was wondering if the 14 Boss 302 manifold will fit this motor and clear the hood.

Hey Phantom,

First off, congrats on the pickup man! Let's see some pics of this S550!

You're definitely on your way to a kick-*** mod list and I love what you have done so far.

In regards to the Boss manifold, personally, I would not recommend it for your application.

We installed one on our 2015 GT when we ran into Nitrous issues on the stock manifold and had to swap motor mounts in order to clear the hood. Even after doing so, we swapped back to the stock manifold before Supercharging the car as the stock manifold was much more efficient through the power band.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Will that helps a lot. I was not sure and was looking to go the FI route later. I'll post some pics shortly.

Looks good, but I would drop the "435 HP" part. Don't you plan on surpassing that at some point? Then what?
