I got the JLT CAI and X4 with tunes for life from Bama through American Muscle. Anytime you change anything, you can call them or email them and they will email you a new tune for any changes you make. You just load it on your X4 and then load it on to your car and you are all set.

All the big name tuners will give you free revisions. Lund, AED, VMP, etc etc. They just don't put fancy names on it.

I guess its my ignorance, but why are people doing tunes like this now? Every car and engine are different. I would go to a reputable shop and have my car tuned. What changed?

Being that I have the toggle switch for the four different driving modes will the Bama tune chance all four modes of driving or will they still be there except modified?

Well what changed is in 2011 Ford made the front o2 sensors widebands. What this means is one can now log their tune on the street in real time and send a copy of that tune to their tuner. The tuner can make whatever changes they deem necessary and email back a new tune with whatever revisions were made.

I've always tuned my mustangs first. The tune and revisions will make any other bolt-on work that much better.
