Hey all,

So i've had the car for a year now (12k miles and change). For the longest time, i've been getting an intermittent "grind" on the way into 3rd gear, and 5th once or twice. My first thought is that i was just half-assing the clutch work, but it happens even when my foot is fully to the floor. Additionally, about once or twice a month, the shifter will pop out of 5th, and any attempt to re-engage the gear will result in a loud grind. This is again, with my foot to the floor on the clutch. Any thoughts???

you have worn out syncros, take it in and tell the dealer what u are experiencing and make them replace the syncros under warranty, i have done 2 myself. no recalls as of yet.
