Traction control in on position with supercharger
I have something to share so anyone with a supercharged phase 1 please give me you feedback.
I have a 2015 GT Automatic I installed a Roush phase 1 on with cat back Magna Flow street series exhaust and Mickey Thompson 305/35/20 on the rear
So for the last week after install I have not turn the traction off. It seems like the car is fighting itself. Hard acceleration feel the back tires pulsating and step on it hard and engine seems to loose spark for a second then comes back alive
So I read several article on what traction control does......modulates rear brakes and controls engine power and if it senses no traction under extreme condition shuts off spark/fuel to engine.
So today I turn traction control OFF and put tranny selector to S mode. I take it for a drive WOW what a BEAST no more engine cut outs on hard acceleration and when giving gas moderate tires are planted and feel way MORE power
So my conclusion is the S550 don't like traction control left on with 670 HP under the hood it is like it is fighting with it.
So I thought I would share this as I am still discovering hidden things with the phase 1 supercharger it is a whole new car to master

On another side note I suppose if you had smaller tires on the rear like 275 or 285 width on the supercharger engine traction control would probably be a aid. As I have the bigger 305s it seems to hold traction to the ground pretty darn good with traction control turned off
