:icon_redcam:Here is my idea, bigger throttle body, full exhaust, bigger injectors. I do not want to ruin the ride though. I do not want a drone driving long distances. I already have a JLT intake with a tune. What do y'all recommend? Has anyone already done this and can prove it on a Dyno?

Ok unlimited dollar amount!!!!!!!! Any ideas?

lolz not close to realistic 426hp at the crank, gonna guess 370 hp at the wheels stock, there are no bolts ons that cheap that will gain you 130 more hp. for 7k or so you can add a supercharger, then you can expect 700hp depending on what you buy( if you install it)

3 grand your half way there for a supercharger

I know a Maggie for my 2010 5.3 Colorado was around 9k with install. Not sure what they cost in the newer GT's. F/I is a sure way to get great gains.

If you're dead set on breaking 500 N/A and money isn't an issue. Get your heads worked, get some aftermarket cams, gt350 IM, full exhaust and some injectors. Turn it on e85. There's your 500whp.

FYI....you're gonna spend over 10k going this route.

Here's the thing, the exhaust, injectors, throttle body, etc will have to be bought whether it is going to be supercharged or not. So, to say $3K is halfway to a supercharger is correct if I wanted to buy it and look at it setting in my floor. It's about $10K to supercharge the car. I was just wondering, has anybody put 500hp to the ground without any boost? If so, How? I should have never put a dollar amount on it

If you supercharge it you don't have to change the exhaust and throttle body. I am not aware of any forced induction that requires a new throttle body. A turbo will require a different exhaust set up, that you couldn't use on a NA set up, but that is all near the engine and from the midpipe back it is pretty much stock.

As far as injectors, changing them while NA isn't going to net you anything. You change them with forced induction because you need more fuel flow with the increased air. NA you have no need for the increased injector capability.

I could not agree more with this and HP cost bucks indeed you pay to play

You could go the nitrous route with a tune but not so good for your engine
