No, but all you have to do is touch the top of the door handle and it will lock.

I had that feature on my C6 Corvette and it became a real PITA. Every time I needed to get in the car for a second to retrieve something while parked at home in the garage, I had to go get my key fob in order to do so. Touching the top of the door handle when you exit the vehicle works just fine.
