The refurbished motor has thrown the same engine code "P0308" twice now.

They replaced the refurbished intake manifold with yet another intake manifold.

I've gotten an attorney since Ford has said it is not a lemon due to the fact it is "operational."

Updates to follow.

I'm adding my P0308 to this thread only because I don't have an answer yet. My issue is hopefully different than the BS they are putting KillverCity through. I can't claim lemon law as I've just passed 55K on my 2016 GT.
First noticed the Check Engine light about 2 weeks ago. Checked for codes and got P0300, P0308 and P0308 P. Cleared codes, came back after about 100 miles. I cleaned the MAF sensor since I had recently cleaned my CAI Filter and applied new K/N oil. MAF sensor looked pretty clean. Called Dealership and am scheduled for a diagnostic check this Thursday (6/21/18). Was told if it wasn't causing any perceptible change in drive or getting too hot then it should be fine. Yesterday while out on a cruise and with the A/C on Full, I noticed the cold air would suddenly stop but the fan kept blowing. Wait a couple minutes and cold air would kick back in. Since Check Engine light was already on it took me about three cycles of this before I noticed that while the cold air was not blowing the Check Engine light would flash. Then when the cold air kicked back in the light would go back to solid. Was also able to stop the flashing light by turning off the A/C. Now I am noticing a hit on the performance while driving but I could be a little sensitive. (I get that way, I'm getting old). Checked for codes when I got home and picked up an new one, P0306. Dealership Techs said the plugs should last until 100K miles. I will say that this weekend has been up over 100 degrees so with the A/C blowing the Pony is working hard.
So could be the excessive heat while cruising at 80MPH on a very hot day. Was still fun though!
