Keep the stock box unless you just like the aesthetics of a aftermarket CAI.

Testing has shown that the stock intake is already a "cold air intake" and that aftermarket intakes don't really make a difference on the S550. So the only reason to change is really for the looks.

what about the catback? I have the flowmaster but not installed yet. Should I wait until after warranty is over to start cutting?
