2018 Mustang GT Manual Clutch Grind
 

Hello All!
I own a 2018 Mustang GT 6-speed manual that I picked up at the end of May. Since about 100-200 miles on the car there has been a grind when shifting gears above 5.5k RPM's.Took a video of my car on my lunch break of it doing this. These shift were quicker than normal but not faster than like no lift shifting or power shifting. If it I do power shift and really bang the gears it doesn't do this. Maybe this is how a twin disk works and its normal operation. You can also here clutch chatter between gear shifts too. Is anyone else having this issue?

1900 miles - Build date was April 17th

It does it really bad right around 34 seconds.

I'm not really hearing grinding gears and I don't know what clutch grind is. Clutches don't really make any noise. It just sounds like the linkage to me. Sorry.

Here's a video of a member over a Mustang6g that has the same exact issue but seems to be worse than mine. I don't believe this guy has an aftermarket exhaust like me so its easier to hear.

I just got my 2018 on Saturday and only have about 400 miles on it and I'm starting to get a grind from 3rd gear. Feels like the clutch isn't disengaging. I drove it a little spirited on Wednesday, went to shift into third and it was like I didn't even press the clutch in. It's been happening every now and then under normal driving too.
