So double check your work. A lot of times people assume that just because a new part is installed, it can't cause problems. The suction hose from the tank to the pump can be cracked or loose which means it's cavitating or not fully pressuring the fuel system. Also from the pump to the mounting plate can be leaking. Take a straw, put a pinhole in it. Then use the straw. You'll see what I mean.
