hmmm... interesting. It would be nice to have a brand spanking new '11 GT 5.0 with a 5 speed and something simple; intake, full exhaust, tune, 3.73 gears- ALL MOTOR.

(-;

I love my GT to death, but the 5.0 is growing on me..

I haven't read a lot about this mill in details...

It was said earlier that it was based on the 5.0 Cammer engine found on the FR500C Ford factory built race car. If it's the case, then it's bullet proof.

I can see people using the same intake already...

this was a given reading the land rovers coming out the 2011s are getting all new 5.0s with dohc and some offered with eaton blowers they still probly share alot of tech so this is all no suprise but i hope this means they are blower friendly and no ragged high comps

Haha, about the taillights...

oddly enough, I hated the new 2010's. But after sitting in them, seeing them in person side by side to the 05-09s, it is such a major improvement. Car looks much sleeker and sharper, not to mention the interior is amazing. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually like the 2010's much more then the 05-09's.

Man, with the renewed interest in American muscle, Ford/Merc should bring back the Cougar!
