True. to some point..but i loved the 5.0 back in the day when i was young...running 12.4 natural..in my 90 GT...awesome stuff .. i am aware of the Diff in the motors.. but i ran low 12's with that old pushrod.. i guess i am just sentimental

I differ..that black cover is just that a cover..easily removed...but lets see when it arrives to know for sure..i want to see those silver runners in all their glory

Yeah there's a picture around that shows the intake cover taken off where you can see more of the runners and the fuel rails.

I dig the 11:1 compression.

It almost looks better with the cover.

But, I'm sure there's some mods that can be done to fix that. Dressing up those horrible looking wire harnesses is a must!

I stand corrected and I like it better without the cover. Gotta save weight even if its .05lbs
