$3400 every 15k miles is $2600 more then I would spend on brakes.
Now if im in the pro circuit thats a whole different story, but for the occasional auto-x or strip thats a lot of money lol.

Try pricing a set for a 997 GT3 and see how much it comes to! Though to be fair, the rotors should last a lifetime for street use.

American cars are generally more reasonable. The ZR1's package, essentially the same as Enzo and Veyron's, is less than 1/2 of what Ferrari charges, but still $8000 for OEM parts.

Rollin Thunder, where did you pick up a 2010 GT for 23k? I've seen base models in that range but the best price for premiums are all around 26 ish. Just curious
