I doubt it. The 5.0 is a completely different motor with a different firing order and characteristics. The axle-back and maaaaaaaaaybe the cat-back might be the same, but there is no way anything in front of the cats is going to be identical. IMHO of course; I have no facts to back my opinion up.

In my experience (5 exhaust setups so far) a little "fabrication" can go a long way. You should at least be able to use the same mufflers.

Someone posted in another thread that the mounting points looked the same. I'm gonna try to swap over my Flowmaster axle-back.

Someone on here (i think) posted a video they took at the auto show. The GT was on its side and they panned back and forth looking at the undercarriage. All I remember was the huge resonators about midway down. My first thought was a lot of people will be removing those resonators

NO! NO! NO!

You use muffler deletes and keep the resonators. It will bring back the mid-muffler sound everyone loves,

That said they say this car sounds much different than the 2005-2010 and with the way the Federal Noise Test is conducted the skip shift should allow louder low restriction mufflers and the resonators clean up the "trashiness" in the tone.

cat-backs looks to be the same. IDK about that H-pipe though. Then again, ford loves to reuse old parts so i dont see why not.
