I know this is form a year ago, but interestingly, with 3.31 gears on an MT82 in 6th gear (overdrive) and stock Perilli Nero-zero tires, at 70MPH, I am turning 2000 RPM on the tach.

I guess that is not to much or a surprise considering the MT82 1st hear is 3.66:1, which is very deep.
Compared to a T56 or TR6060 with 3:1 1st gear, to get the equivalent total gear ratio at 1st gear, you would have to mount 4.10:1 rear gears a car with the T56/TR6060.
