That car will probably have a salvage title, and should sell for 1/2 of the ACV.

Surprised it wasnt repaired, as it appears to be mostly cosmetic with exception to the core support in front of the shock towers, which is a easy fix. Airbags might be a little pricey to replace though.

^ true, especially since its a brand new car. youd think it would be less than 75% of its value to repair it
