$5,000 AFTERMARKET warranty AND Ford warranty dropped...

I'd start here http://www.ford.com/owner-services/customer-support
and end with a lawyer if need be.

$5K for a warranty? Don't know the details of that warranty but there is no way they can void the original Ford warranty for spinning the tires.
There are pics all over the official Ford website of the Mustang doing burnouts...and no disclaimers.

Due to the back tires losing 2/32th tread evenly. I have never spun the tires nor done donuts. A few hard launches and nothing more... What gives?
Can someone link me to info on dropping a warranty due to some tire wear? That is the only issue btw. Nothing else.
I cant find any info online

Just rotate the tires or get a second set of brand new tires for when you need warranty work.

Tires are expensive, Yo!
But that is a great idea. Besides, you cannot go wrong with a whole other set of tires and rims for a quick change.

2+2 is not equaling 4 here...
Have you raced this car and they found out? There has to be more to this that either they aren't telling you, or...
Perhaps they read about you going 160 in a car that's rev limited at 149?

Car and Driver says the limit is:

Or something going on with the clutch?
Not sure what happened here, you redacted many/most of your posts after you made them.

I thought you planned on voiding the warranty anyway?
I gotta tell you, I'm leaning towards thinking voiding your warranty was self defense on their part. I'd say you're going to bury that car after reading the parts others quoted in the clutch thread. You've only had it two months!
Also, you spelled out where you were taking the car for service, where you bought it... do you think you're still anonymous on the interwebs? I'm thinking lots of dealers read this forum.

Alright... here goes. I just paid in full for my 2011 and it should be at the dealership on monday or tuesday, wednesday at the latest.
It's a Black GT Premium with 3.73's and Brembo's ... well, thats all that really matters in the options.
My question is, will changing out the front fascia and hood for the GT500 void the warranty? And after waiting a year or so for the car's issues to become apparent, I may or may not void the warranty with performance mods.
This is my first mustang, and if Im going to void the warranty, I want to play it completely safe, building everything up before from the rear-front before any power adders.. even a CAI lol. What would you guys recommend doing to the rear end/suspension? What brands should i go with? I don't want to compromise the riding quality too much.
Sorry for the noobishness, but I'm new to stangs lol.

I'll be ordering a new Mustang here in the next 6 months or so and I'm particularly interested in any mechanical or warranty issues that people may experience. My gut told me to wait 'till the new engine has some kind of track record, but since I drove the 2011 GT my gut is now telling me something totally different...conflicting signals.
I'll probably wait for the '12 model and just read everything I can in these forums 'till then. IF I can wait that long

I have never heard of someone voiding a warranty for tire wear myself...they have to have some other reason.
