Think it comes on the convertibles also. Adds some mass to help the verts and 19"ers with harshness and noise.

Cheers.

My 2010 vert with 18's came with the strut so don't compare the verts with your poll. The vert needs all the structure it can since it's missing the roof.

To get the strut brace you have to get the 19" wheels. All the 5.0's with 18" wheels don't get the brace.

What he said. He is correct. Also, the V6 had the brace b/c it must have been equipped with the V6 performance package which I believe also has 19'' rims.

to get a stock stb, a car either has 19" wheels or a convertible roof or both

this has been answered many times

this includes: gt with brembo package, gt vert, gt c/s, v6 perf package, v6 vert

These tower braces, just how much space is under it and the intake of a 5.0 Coyote?

Would there be enough room if you bolt on a supercharger?

No tower brace on this one either. Thought those went on the convertibles and the ones with upgraded suspension packages.

Also the GTs with the optional 19s like my car has.

The STB is a bit of a pain in the *** if you want to check your oil. The plug is directly beneath the brace and if you have a hot engine, you stand a pretty good chance of burning your hand while manuevering it under the brace.

How hard is it to remove the brace before you do this? Personally, anything that can add to the rigidity of the chassis I'd want.
