Justin is THE best tuner for a TVS blower. Just ordered mine from him last week. He is a busy buy because he is one of the best tuners out there. We had a very long email correspondence before I ordered. Sometimes he did not respond to an email and I would send a follow up email. He never failed to respond the second time.
As for the billing problem, I know he just put in a new computer system and it does have some bugs. No response to email or phone calls sounds very odd. I never had a problem reaching Justin or Bobby.
It does seem like the easiest way to resolve the issue would be through the CC company with a charge back.

Two months later I still don't have the VMP tune I paid for!!! Again if he gets you hooked up all is good, but if not......! I don't even want his tune now, I just want my money back.

You know what there is horror stories for all out there... I read someone applaud JDM on here ... And he probably did great for him and countless others... Not for me though.. My 05 with the Saleen would never even run with JDM's tunes.. Oh well after a few attempts to get it right it never worked.. I wasnt one bit Happy with their customer service then I met Justin at VMP... I have had my 05 tune fixed by Justin to get my 05 back years ago to 422rwhp and 416 torque.. Fast fwd to now my Shelby days and he is the only one I let tune my car and get it to its current power of 676rwhp and 666 torque with his vmp TVS and 17.5lbs boost.. Justin at VMP has always done right by me and then some.. I highly Reccommend him.. Am I naive enough to think and say no one will ever have or had a bad experience with Justin?? No I can only say that I have nothing but positive to say and countless others do to.. Feel bad for anyone who hasn't .. Truly do ... Good luck to all..
