Lol.

Yeah, I'm 100% completely stock! (Except for these modifications

You're either stock or your not. There's no grey area.

The tune made the world of difference. But it's still using the OEM computer. Therefore it's still a STOCK PART.

The tires only helped me drop .15 tenths of a second.

Alright, please don't try to play me or anyone else here as a fool. Running the non-factory program DEFINITELY falls under the modification category. Not stock.

I agree. reflashing the computer is a mod. Always has been & always will be. None the less those are good #s for just 2 simple mods & I believe if you heat the tires well enough you will even get a better time out of the car!

John,
That is mighty quick and I have to say I am impressed. I have an auto too in mine. I just have to wait until spring now as the weather in north central Indiana is getting ugly and mine is resting in my heated shop. Thanks for posting your results!

But you're adding something to the car to gain that performance, therefore you're not stock.

C'mon now, you likely gained 40 whp with your intake and your tune, how can you reasonably justify that as being stock?

John, regardless of what others say.........nice run ! Oh and BTW with regards to the 'tire thing', as long as they are DOT's they qaulify as 'stock' don't let anyone BS you !

What I find really interesting is the best my wifes '02 GT ever ran was 14.4's and that was with good air (Maple Grove, Pa), IMO, it nice to see Ford finally come around with a naturally aspirated motor that can compete with GM !
