Default Cylinder Walls -- Plasma spray (VIDEO)

For those that are interested.....I found this video on you-tube about different types of plasma spray. Processes used in cylinder walls for the (5.4)......includes Vapor Deposition (Nissan GTR). Check it out.

Click on link above for complete description of plasma sprayed cylinders. I noticed one good aspect of plasma sprayed cylinders....a more efficient heat dissipation. The plasma thickness is so thin.....it's scary.
