Installed the Barton today and as an owner of two previous mustangs with MGW shifters, I am completely happy with the Barton unit. Only quibble is that on the stock shifter when shifting out of reverse, the shifter would automatically pop up and you could go right into first. But with this one, its a little sticky and you have to pull it to the right to get the stick to pop up so you can go into first. I'm sure it'll loosen up and/or I'll get used to it.

Kind of off topic but does anyone know where the cheapest place to buy the barton is? Everywhere I've seen is the same $299 for just the shifter
