Are all shock tower braces about the same as far as performance? I'm looking for one and have seen OEM for $149 shipped up to $189+shipping for Steeda. Is there a difference?
Most all of them do nothing except waste money. There is one that connects to the firewall that is the only way any bracing from the top of the shock towers is going to do any good.
The firewall theory isn't 100% true, especially for a street only car. As far as cost per unit it makes a difference on what the strength of the material is that it's made of.
