OK, tons of grat info here. I went over to american muscle and have a new cart that includes:
Bbk ceramic lts
Bbk Shorty o/r pipe
Magnaflow street cat back
Airraid cai and sf3 tuner
Eibach pro springs
Hurst Short throw
J&M extreme lower control arms

Hows that look for first mods? Anything I should do different or not do now?

Looks like a good list to me. Wish I had the cash for that.

should be pretty nice.. heck throw in a boss intake manifold and you are up to full bolt ons already haha. (saw it for $365 at tousley Ford) I haven't been really impressed with the gains from BBK, i've seen better from Kooks and JPC but it's hard to say, nobody has done a head to head comparison same dyno same day on these yet so you might be just fine choosing those.

Do you think the gains from the other brands are worth the extra $300+?

Also, I'm going to skip the manifold for now because tax refund next spring is going to be for a supercharger...

I'd recommend the Steeda or Barton shifter, but that's just, like, my opinion....man.

I have been seond guessing the headers, as people have been talking about marginal gains until you have forced induction. Should I skip headers and and if so, what would be a better investment?

CAI, tune, gears. After that, save for FI. LT's will help with FI, but you would get to FI faster if you forgo everything else. FI alone (no exhaust or gears) will make you very happy. Then when you want more, you can get some extras (pulley swap, cams, exhaust).

If you plan on going FI I would not do more than exhaust at this point.I would save for the blower and get the SF3 and do the exhaust and plan on a good dyno tune.

These cars become absolute beast with FI

The blower is coming after tax return next spring...so i want to lay the suspension and exhaust groundwork now.
