Okay, verdict is not good, oil seal between transmission and engine has gone. Would be under warranty if the car was in the US, as not tuned, or even if it was in the UK the importer said they would fix it. BUT, as it is in Spain it had to be repaired at my cost!

Where did you buy it from? There should be an authorized Ford Motor Company service provider in Spain?

It is British registered, but not an official model in Europe, so Ford dealers in Spain are not obliged to help. If I could have got it back to the UK the supplying dealer would have reclaimed some of its costs from the official US dealer they bought it from - but again, not officially. It is costing €1300 to fix in Spain, and would cost more to ship to the UK for repair.
