Oh yeah, and the auto's are difficult to get off the line if you launch on anything except maybe the 19" Pirelli summers that come with the Brembo's (what I had). Building just a little tension to take out the slack and then flat footing it seemed to get the auto I saw there down the track the best.

You don't need to take the slack out of an auto..I just roll into it off the line or I roast my P zero's. Read my post above for times.

I haven't driven an auto 5.0 yet. I don't doubt it though.

Just a BOSS manifold isn't going to help the fact that the computer hits the limiter at 7000 rpms. W/ out the BOSS manifold and maybe 2-300 more revs, this is a 12.7-12.6 car easily. I was spinning 1st, 2nd and 3rd, short shifting at 6800-6900 and still hit the limiter about 15-20 feet before the end of the 1/4. I had a SLOWER time on my second run and trapped 111.9mph. Doesn't NEED a tune to get mid-12's, just heating up the stock Pirellis, maybe putting it in Sport Mode and being able to REV to 7300rpms. At 7000rpms, the stock (read UN-TUNED) 5.0 is still pulling pretty hard.
