I think that it looks good on the Gt500 and Boss models, just not the GT and V6 models.

Should be more exclusive look for the more expensive versions IMO now the 2013 v6 looks like a 2012 GT500, if I owned one I'd be pretty pissed about the new look.

I prefer the look of my 2011 overall

Much happier with the look of my 2012. Maybe it'll grow on me. Love the rear end

Finally, the painted rockers. While I agree that it looks more finished...for durability, I like the black because the is no chance of scuffing the rockers with shoes or boots while getting in/out.
My rockers are torn to **** do to the big and sticky summer-only Pirelli's kicking up rocks. I'd be crying right now if they were painted. Had to get GT500 mud flaps in the back, and maybe get them for the front, since my paint has also been sand blasted. That better be durable paint I had bad chips after 10,000 miles.

It's nice. BUT do not like at all the fact that it is that much harder to seperate the GT500/GT/V6 from each other.

I can imagine Ford is just saving money, but each car deserves its own distinct look.

I dont like the front on the GT and V6, for some reason it reminds me of an evo, but still like it on the gt500

I like the taillights from the 13' Model also. Hopefully there will be an OEM part available for purchase that would be compatible with 11-12 Stang...

I can't place it... i just don't like it. I thought id like the heat extractors too.. but I'm just not feeling it. I thought the 05-19 hoods were too rounded .. but still looked good. I thought Ford nailed it with the 2010-12 hoods with the mini scowl and aggressive angle.

maybe it's this pic that bothered me:

I'm digging the rear though.

I agree. The 2011-12, in my opinion, is a bit more aggressive in the front in comparison too the 2013.

By the way, I love the front fascia of your Stang', its pefect Its my new computer background lol...

Exactly. The way I look at it, each sub-model Mustang has something different and unique to bring to the table, therefore each one deserves to look uniquely different from each other. Now, the V6 and GT look a bit like a downgraded GT500.

The 2011-2012 is by far one of my favorite generation mustang's

I think the 2013 V6 and GT front end looks more like an upgraded Dodge Durango or Charger. I'm not really liking the new front end...mostly due to the hood and the lower valance.

The 2010-2012 is one of my favorite gens of the Mustang ;-)

You beat me to it. The rounded out front end is the exact same thing that happened to the charger.

Tail lights are nice, cant really say I like them any more than 11-12. Now if they had a different rear light panel for the gt500 that was reminiscent of the 67 shelby mustang/cougar panels that would be a nice step apart for the shelby.

Not sure yet about the rear, but the '13 lights look... odd.
I personally like the '13 fron end fascia. Much more open to allow more air at the radiator and into the engine bay to carry away heat. Unless the grills are mostly fake and only are for show.
If they are fake, I would cut them out and install a front brake disc cooling kit.
