citation for no front plate in CA, No holes in the bumper at all cost!

Around here they are very strict about that front license plate.. they'll pull you over for not having it every time.
In AZ they don't require a front plate, they actually only gave me 1 license plate for the rear.
How long have you been driving the 5.0? Have you gone without a front plate before there?

There are a few solutions to this that is inexpensive and relatively easy...
What I would do is fab a pair of sturdy "L" brackets and then rivet to the underside/undertray of the bumper and then its not visible, solid, legal and cheap...
I have a few other ways but are more labor intensive...

No prob. The dealer had already put holes in my front bumber when my wife picked it up, but they are real strict in germany because it's usually the camera that gets you for speeding. When you receive your ticket, you get the ticket, the amount, and a photo of yourself speeding as well, LOL
