Better is a relative term... Are you looking for "better" looking? Performing? etc?
Since the one you listed is the same diameter as the OEM (13.2") then I couldn't see how this could perform better... definitely looks better with the slots though...
What are your plans? Do you do any racing, e.g. SCCA? Are yours in need of replacement?
Sorry for so many questions, just trying to help figure out what would be of benefit to you.
FWIW, you might want to be looking for better pads, like the the Hawk HPS pads to go with the rotors. That might be a more useful upgrade than the rotors by themselves... unless you already have the new pads nailed down.

Powerslot rotors are mill balanced and double disc ground for a consistent friction surface that improves pad bed-in. The new short slot design runs perpendicular to the vane to preserve rotor strength even under heavy braking. These rotors will not crack under the heat and stress of high friction braking. Made from Power Alloy Metallurgy, these rear rotors have a high carbon content that extends reliability as well as service life and help to reduce noise and vibration issues.
I'm confident you'll be very happy with these Rotors. Paired up with a nice said of Hawk pads, your car will stop on the dime!
Let me know if you have any questions!
