Unhappy BBK long tubes and CEL

I had the headers and off road x-pipe installed last week. I put the Bama tune in and The CEL came on anyway. I got a new tune from Bama but it is still on. The codes are P0136 & P0141. Ford says they are both codes for the right side downstream sensor. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks, Bill

I'd keep working with AM to determine if it's tune-related or hardware-related.

I guess I'll have to get another tune sent.

Took em a little while to fix my CEL for P0420 and P0430 ( cat malfunction both sides). They got me squared away just took some patience of both ends. Hopefully they get this resolved for you

Did you use the O2 extensions? If it happens again try removing those, its possible to remove a few holders and work the wire down to reach.

If they come with O2 extension harnessed make sure they're wired properly, It's unlikely its a tune if codes are same side. I had this happen to me on another brand and when I clipped the extension harness to itself I found the a black and purple wire were flipped.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing! We send out thousands of tunes and build them all from the ground up for your PCM code and your mods. They're not just "canned" tunes, they're built custom by our team, so every once in a while it's possible we mess one up! We'll definitely get it straightened out for you, though! Give one of our Bama Tuning Specialists a call and they'll work with you to figure out exactly what's going on.

Shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll be sure to have my head tuning specialist Mike Wilson contact you directly!

If you used the extensions, get rid of them. You can unclip the sensors from the transmission and they will reach. The extensions have been known to cause engine failures.

What he said ^^^^. The front 02's on these cars are widebands and I would want a DIRECT connection to them. When I get my longtubes I am not using extensions

Default Where is the passenger side connecter?

I got the car jacked up enough to crawl under it. I found that neither of the cat sensors were plugged in. I got the drivers side connected but I can't find the passenger side connecter. Where does Ford hide it? Is it way up on the body or the tranny? Thanks, Bill
