Default Maryland emissions question

I have a 2013 GT with a 6 speed manual and 3.73 rear. My only mods are a JLT CAI and a good performance tune.

Maryland requires cars to pass an emissions test every two years.

Will I have to return the car to stock to pass the emissions test? If so, do I have to do this well in advance of the test or can I convert back to stock right before the test.

What does the tune and CAI have to do wi emissions? The factory cats are pretty huge and do a fantastic job of making the car burn clean. I passed California smog / emissions with catback tune and intake no sweat! Correct me if I am wrong anyone, but he should be fine.

I agree. Keep the factory cats and you should be fine.

You will be fine. Now taking it in for service, you MIGHT hit some bumps in the road with that.

My 2005 v6 with CAI, Tune and Catback has passed every year. If you are paranoid, you could undo the tune, but I wouldn't bother
