You won't regret getting the track pack. If you like road racing and accelerating through and out of curves, the torsen differential is a must. If you are just going to daily drive and occasionally race your car a 1/4 mile at a time, then you won't necessarily need the track pack. Either way, it's worth it.

I preferred my 3.73s over my 3.31s which came stock. It was faster all around and I actually improved my mpgs in town and highway. It didnt take as much pedal.

Diggin' mine! With the FR legal tune, gained about 500 rpms but the end of 1st and 2nd come up way to quick! but thats just me!
