Default Kooks 2" Coyote Headers

Just noticed this on my Facebook news feed and thought I'd share. I can't locate them for sale online anywhere yet.

2" tubes!!!??? Those are gigantic. How would that even fit. Guys are having a hard time getting 1 7/8" headers to fit. AND a 3" collector? Jeeze!

Installs better than any LT on the market my hind end. Does it come with midgets who can crawl up there and loosen the header bolts without having to remove anything?

I just don't see how this can happen, I've got 1 7/8" headers on my 5.0 and it was bout near impossible to get them installed. In fact, the instructions that it came with said they would install from the bottom... I ended up installing the driver side in from the top. Was a HUGE PITA...

Kooks are actually one of the hardest headers to install. There are guys running 1k+ RWHP on 1 7/8. These are pointless.

Its probably a marketing scheme, chevy guys are using 2" primaries, so they try to sell them for the ford guys. Now maybe if you've got a cobra jet engine, or are operating at 7-8k rpms for extended periods of time, it makes sense. Not much sense, but some. Lets face it, if you have a cobra jet or you have a motor capable of supporting 8k rpms, what's another 2 grand on top of the tens of thousands already spent.

So then what would be suggested for just like 6-8 psi on a small blower? 1-3/4"?

In this case I would go with the 1 7/8. Kooks recommends their 1 3/4 headers on N/A cars.

Got my headers from Team Beefcake Racing. I was told it was best to go with the 1 7/8 either way. The installer would have been pissed if I had brought headers with 2" primaries. He said the 1 7/8 was a PITA! I'm sure all brands and sizes are hard to install.
