Mine has 52K
45K was racked up by the previous owner in the last year only 7 and that was after all my mods so it's still like a new car.

It is good to see some higher mileage ones. Makes you hopeful!
I only have 11,000 mile on my 2014.

Well I have a high mileage Mustang and it hasn't all been daises for me. Picked her up used at 38K miles and put 20K on her in a year. From there, I had to get the MT-82 transmission rebuilt at 58K miles (just under factory warranty) for a slipping 5th gear that wouldn't engage.

At 66K miles the motor developed a tick that was misdiagnosed by a Ford dealership. At 66K they told me I needed to "just replace the engine". You could imagine my jaw dropping when they tell me I need to replace the engine of a 66K mile car right out of factory warranty. Anyways, I idiotically continue to drive the car with the tick and ended up blowing a connecting rod that tore a hole right through the short block. A month and $7,000 dollars later I have a used engine at 35K miles that in her and running strong. The car has 70K miles and running strong.

All in all, it's been hell but damn I love that 5.0L V8 until the day I die.

Was it the infamous no.8 cylinder?

It was in the rear of the block so either 4 or 8. Couldn't tell after the fact honestly.

You might want to consider this cooling mod as a preventative measure given that you have an aftermarket tune:

65,000 Miles on a 2011, Job 2 (built 8/30/2010). Only things ive had to "fix" so far is replacing the battery. Thats it other than regular maintenance. Not so much as a lightbulb (i always drive with the grill driving lights on). I feel fortunate as I drive this thing like it was meant to be driven and it has been very rock solid for me. Got a good one for sure.

I had this #8 cylinder go out melted a piston and scored the 💩out of my cylinder walls and a cam i did not have a tune. stock block just had long tubes, installed after I knew it had low compression. Ford replased the complete motor at 56000 don't know if I got the unlucky 1s but the new block is going 1500 strong hopefully it will last longer than the last 1. the cost 4 a new long block is 7k plus so if they void your warranty good luck.

So, you knew it had low comp and you put LTH on it with no tune? That likely pushed it right over the edge. Hopefully you are propely tuned for the LTH or you could be looking at a repeat.
