Difference between Steeda CAI for Auto vs Manual
I am looking to buy a CAI for my 5.0 and ran across a Steeda CAI on the infamous Craigslist... The issue is this CAI came off of a manual and I have an automatic. Is there a difference between a Steeda CAI for an automatice vs one for a Manual? Any advice would help so I don't pull the trigger on one I can't use...

^^ +1 to this ^^. You are not going to gain 75 RWHP but you will gain a bit. You will also gain a far better throttle response and more torque through out the RPM range. Your factory shifting strategy will also be tweaked. The Steeda CAI just enhances the Steeda tune. 80% of what you gain will be through the tune. A CAI is really a misnomer. It is a velocity stack. I am running the Steeda 93 octane tune with their CAI and could not be happier.

Steeda cold air kit + tune is $ 769.00 - automatic version....call them tell them your forum member and will relay your experience after the install with your fellow forum members. They will make a deal for you!

And the people have spoken ... shoot me an email at tim@steeda.com if I can help answer any questions ... and I will help provide some forum pricing as well.
